Who I am
My name is Yolexis Epifania Hernandez-Aguilera, and I’m from Caracas, Venezuela. But since 2008, I’ve been living in Australia.
I’m a creative entrepreneur and therapist. I use Jungian psychology and blend it with astrology and sound-based therapies.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in Australia and worked for several years in the public sector and non-profit organizations.
My experience working across different programs in mental health and Alzheimer’s led me to explore alternative approaches that could complement traditional methods.
That’s what motivated me to start working independently and create the offerings I’m sharing with you today.
Over the past seven years, I traveled the world and worked as a digital nomad. I lived in six different countries, and I learned and trained in different methods used across different cultures.
I’ve also personally worked with different mentors and creative entrepreneurs and this experience has helped me continuously refine my coaching method.
My mission is to inspire people to trust that they can live the life they want, because it’s possible.
I’m one of many pieces of proof that Life can be an enriching journey, and it’s worth to learn and enjoy while we’re here in the human existence.
That why I am passionate to discover and share ways of living well by developing our mindset, so we can experience life in a way that allow us to enjoy the experience in earth
